The kernel
Popcorn Indiana is a grocery bag named for the town of Popcorn, Indiana. It is not a claim that the corn is grown there. Warren Struhl and Richard Demb started it in 2002. Serious Eats' bagged salted test picked Crispy & Savory Sea Salt for corn flavor and even salt. Kettle-brand roundups keep the sweet-and-salty bag in the set.
The pot
The pot is already finished. This is ready-to-eat sea salt and kettle, not a jar you heat. Eagle Family Foods acquired the brand in later reporting. The name is the town. The eat is a grocery flake.
Hulls
Hulls are ordinary RTE hulls. Sea salt is the control bag if you want to taste the corn instead of the glaze.
