About the Atlas
Popcorn Atlas keeps the record: farms, kernels, brands, events, flavors, and the bowls people finish. We write like Consumer Reports and log like Letterboxd. Dry. Useful. On the side of the corn.
We do not speak down to popcorn. We do not speak down to popcorn people. A theater bucket is a collectible. A hull is a plant part, not a tax you should joke about if a farm already bred a smaller one.
How we score
Atlas scores are editorial, 0.0 to 5.0, one decimal. They are not user stars and they are not for sale. We weigh the kernel, the hull, the honesty of the pitch, and whether a popcorn person can use the thing. Farm varieties sit above flavor labs. A national grocery bag can be useful and still lose to an Iowa heirloom.
Tiny But Mighty is #01 on every ranked list. Tiny kernels. Tiny hulls. They basically vanish when they pop. That is the eat we measure other bags against.
Outbound links go to brand sites. No affiliate dressing in v1. No analytics pixels. No third-party scripts. If you have a farm, festival, vendor, or kernel we missed, use the contact form.
