The kernel

Cretors built the steam-powered popcorn machine in 1893. That is not trivia we drop for sport. It is why the name still means something on a bag. G.H. Cretors the snack line is Chicago small-batch RTE: cheese, caramel, kettle, mixes. The pieces are sturdier than a diet-aisle butterfly. They have to be. Coatings need a mushroom-leaning structure or they slide off into the corner of the bag.

The pot

The cheese corn is the test. If the powder tastes like a neon lab, the brand has failed. Cretors stays on the toasted, salty side.
